You describe the job. Oliver coordinates. Every run is a version of these four steps, in this order, with a record you can read.
Each stage is owned by one specialist agent and handed off to the next through a validated contract. Agents never import each other's code; the contract is the only seam.
Vera profiles the source (database, warehouse, API, file, or stream), authenticates, samples it, infers the schema, and lands a raw copy in the lake.
No re-platforming. No change to the system you already own.
Ezra maps the raw source onto your canonical model, resolving conflicts and routing the handful of edge cases to a human for approval.
This is where most integrations fail, and where Oliver does the most work.
Eve runs the quality gate (completeness, uniqueness, referential integrity, freshness) and decides, per rule. A blocking failure stops the run.
Fails closed. Nothing ships unverified. Ever.
Theo binds the data to the destination identity and runs an idempotent load to a marketplace, a warehouse, or an application, then verifies the result.
The destination is where the customer sees the work.
One path, every time. Every step is gated, lineaged, and metered by the runtime beneath the agents, not by the agents themselves.
Connecting your inventory export and mapping it onto the marketplace model. I'll pause for your review on anything I'm unsure about.
Connected to source. Sampled 45,000+ inventory records, inferred the schema, landed raw to the lake.
Mapped 6 source entities onto your canonical model. 2 rows I’m not sure about, your call before I continue.
grade_B+ → quality_tier?Waiting on the two mappings above. I'll run the full gate the moment they're approved.
Queued. Idempotent load, a re-run never duplicates.
Agents decide what to do. The runtime does it provably. Three guarantees are produced by construction on every run, not bolted on afterward.
Source → transform → validation → delivery, recorded automatically for every record. Nothing is a black box; everything is explainable, end to end.
Each unit of delivered work is counted per customer, on success. The number never inflates, so progress is a fact, not a forecast.
Each connector, mapping, and check is versioned and reusable. The next customer of the same kind is configuration, not engineering.
Every procedure skill runs through the same executor. The skill supplies the work; the executor supplies the guarantees. A skill cannot skip a gate or forge its own lineage.
The request is checked against the skill's contract, before any work begins.
Quality and policy gates run and block. A failed gate stops the run; there is no override.
Provenance is recorded by the executor, source → transform → output. The skill can't forge it.
On success, the work is metered per customer. Nothing is counted on failure.
One append-only run record binds inputs, gates, lineage, and the metered result.
It doesn't exist unless it's gated and metered.
One command runs the whole pipeline. The agents run in the cloud; the CLI is a thin client. For known, proven skills there's no human in the loop at all, drop it into a cron job and walk away.
Every project, every stage, every decision, in one place. Green happens silently, yellow notifies, red blocks and waits. The more Oliver runs on data like yours, the greener the screen gets.
First run needs guidance. The tenth is nearly autonomous. The hundredth is.
Trust and proof aren't a compliance checkbox. Here's the posture underneath.
A thin orchestrator on EKS coordinating serverless Bedrock agents. One cloud, one IAM story.
Data encrypted at rest with KMS; TLS in transit; stage-to-stage payloads pass references.
Credentials resolve from AWS Secrets Manager at runtime. No raw secret in a log or lineage record.
Per-agent IAM roles. An agent can't read another's data. Separate accounts give a real blast radius.
CloudTrail across accounts, plus an append-only, tamper-evident lineage chain.
Approval gates are first-class. Nothing advances past a flagged decision without a person.
A provider-agnostic gateway fronts every model call. Starts on Bedrock + Claude; swappable.
A missing report, an empty report, or a blocking failure all stop the pipeline.
Regulated-data features, BAA agreements, and full HIPAA posture for live clinical data are on the roadmap and gate access until in place. We'll tell you exactly what's ready for your use case.
